TRIVEST SELECTED TO MARKET AVION PARK RETAIL

(TAMPA, FL – 11/12/07) TriVest Real Estate, LLC has been named the exclusive marketing agent for the retail component of AVION PARK WESTSHORE, a 19-acre mixed-use development located near the Tampa International Airport, downtown Tampa and Pinellas County at the corner of Spruce and O’Brien Streets in Tampa.  The property is developed and managed by McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc., based in Tampa, Florida.

The development will consist of a specialty retail shopping center of 21,000sf and four pad sites for high-end restaurants and retail to serve the growing Westshore business district.  Construction is already underway on development infrastructure and three hotels (TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn), and will be followed soon by a 136,000 square-foot class A owner-occupied office condo tower (brokered by Cushman & Wakefield and managed by McKibbon Hotel Management, Inc.) and a 300,000 square foot class A leased office building (developed, owned and managed by Highwoods Properties). 

Retail spaces range from 2,300 – 8,500sf.  Along with surface parking, two covered parking decks will accommodate office, hotel and retail customers.
